it all started with.....

"hey, you know sing KTV here is very cheap!"
Davina regretted telling us that statement.

All 3 of us (Limei, Qing Ning and me) IMMEDIATELY said let's go!
Its really IMMEDIATE. Like instantaneous that kind.
Limei even attempted to "help" Davina change lane by trying to adjust her sterling wheel.
so dangerous. haha.

Davina had no choice but to go along with us, because we kept bugging her.
By the way, the KTV place is at Katong Shopping Mall.
Alot of maid agencies there lo, next time wanna find maid can go.

We went to this Teo Heng KTV. Very ulu one. Its at some dark corner in the old shopping mall.
But its "clean" one. Alot of youngsters go there that kind.
Its quite cheap leh, $50 for a medium room for 4 hours (6pm to 10pm).

Davina has now upped her singing skill exponentially.

Exam is out AND Fun is IN!

I finally had my last paper today!
Health econs. The paper is do-able.
Not very difficult. Hope I can score, so I can pull up my cui GPA this semster.

Anyway, last friday, after THEIR last paper, we went to celebrate.
We wanted to eat steamboat @ Novena initially, but then too long queue. So we ended up at Bugis street instead eating thai food.

We tried the "First Thai Food" at Purvis street.
The shop is not very eye catching because its quite simple, like some old kopitiam, but we can see there are some traditional thai photos on the wall. very retro feeling.

All of us were freaking hungry and we ordered a hell lot of food.
So much so that the table does not have space to put!

Like what Davina say, the tom yam soup bowl looks like BASIN. indeed it is.

We all love OLIVE RICE. very nice~

I love the Phat Thai too!!
Very delicious. I feel that its very authentic also.

Cannot go Bangkok never mind, can go First Thai Food!

Generally the food there is very nice, the green curry, the prawn cake (price abit steep) the spring roll and I want to try their desert!!!!

Must go back again!!

He is a very generous BLUR person.

but seriously, for my NTU friends out there. You should really consider taking TCM. Cause its easy!

Most importantly, the lecturer is good and funny!

Busy preparing for exams now.
Everyday is so mundane. So routine. damn borrrrrrrrring~

Tried the Executive Cafe last week and found out that other than their Roast Duck Noodles and Shrimp Wanton Noodles are nice. There are some other nice food!

Ah Ba and I tried the Crab Meat Ee Fu Noodles and Yang Zhou Fried Rice.

ITS VERRRRY NICE CAN! got restaurant standard.

Especially the Ee fu mian. There mere thought of it makes me salivate!
If i could suggest, I would suggest them to use better quality crab meat instead of the frozen ones that they are using.

The current one has no taste/bland. Cant taste the sweetness of the crab.
But then, given the price ($6.80) I think its worth it.
(Additional 20% discount between 2pm and 5pm)

Tried this cereal the other day.
Bought it at AMK NTUC Extra.
Very nice. very subtle strawberries smell.
everyone should try at least once.

I always have faith in POST cereal products. (*think Post Banana Nut Crunch & Blueberry Morning----GOOD!)

I tried Chom Pang Nasi Lemak the other day too. Ah Ba and I wanted to eat Vittles, but they are closed on Mon. So we headed down the lane and had Chom Pang Nasi Lemak instead.


I like the fragrant rice and well marinated chicken wings.
The chili is also worth mentioning.

I want to go back again!

Wang Lee Hong is AWESOME!

I am back from Lee Hong's concert.
I think I fell in love with him. HAHA

He is so talented!
Limei, you can have Jie Lun, I would like to have Lee Hong.
The whole atmosphere was so high.

He played the Piano, Violin, Guitar, Drum and even attempted to dance!
really my prince charming~

I remember attending his concert a few years back, back then he still looks so young, as compared to now, he looks more impressive and I can say that his concert is also better now!

The seats were all filled up!
Full House!!

This is just before the concert starts.
Everybody is very high. A little bit of things can make them scream.
Just like this one, they on the light then the fans scream.

This time one very good.
Got 3 big screens on the stage. Can see clearly what is he doing.

The whole concept of the concert is very good also.
Its like a comic storyline. He is one of the character aka Music Man.
think along Superman, Spider Man that line.

His guitar is also very unique. He did a close up on his guitar.
Its dragon shape, very cheena that kind.

He also performed some magic show during the concert.
He was singing then he went into a box, no one will expect that he actually appeared at the other side of the stadium.

Then everyone went CRAZY!
Can see that its camera trick la, but good effort!

He is playing the PIANO!
very touching~

When he sang Forever Love, I almost cried lo.
So touching~
I hope Ah Ba can sing on our WEDDING DAY leh.
