Jacintha has finally graduated. Now its only me. 3 out of the 4 of us have graduated!

So fast.

Anyway, we went Esplandae to take pretty pictures and had a free dinner treat frm Jeffery.

We had Sizzler. I think the food is nt too bad.

A wide variety of food to choose from.

Delicious Clam Chowder. Its very thick and flavourful. Its not like those that came right out of the can.

Nachos. I didnt do a good job here. I am supposed to put all the toppings on top, not at the side.
Nevertheless, it still taste nice!! I like the Salsa Sauce.

I forgotten the name of this dish. Its some Swiss Cheese Chicken. Very "jerlatt" to eat 2 pieces of this. Luckily Hui exchanged 1 of these with her "healthier version".

This was what Hui ate. Healthier in the sense that they have tomatoes on top to complement the "jerlatt" Swiss Cheese.

This Dory Fish looks nice. I didnt try, so no comments.

Fiona's Spicy Chicken. Personally i think this is very nice. Nicer that the previous 3. I like the way how they season the chicken. Very tender inside with quite crispy skin and a tinge of spicyness.

I must say this.
I want to thank D24's mother.
Very pai seh and 感动 by what she has done.

The other day, I just 随口说说 that i wanted to eat her pumpkin cake that she made the other time because i think that its very delicious.

I didnt expect her to remember, and 2 weeks later i saw her stir frying something in the kitchen.

me: eh, auntie. U making "hei bee hiam" (chilli shrimp) ah

she: no, i making pumpkin cake, cause you say u wanted to eat

me: *froze* tears almost roll down my eyes..


must blog about this so i can remember this for life. whahahaha
even my mother also never treat me this good lo~

Busy

Ok, I am back for some quick updates.
Very busy these few weeks because we were rushing for projects and its EXAMS next week =(

Ok, unhappy things aside.

NTU just opened their new Admin block.
They will be closing down the current Canteen A as it will have to make way for the Lee Wee Nam Library expansion program.
The new admin building looks so bloody cool and they have new eateries in there as well!!!

Qing Ning says this look like some food court at Vivio City. When you look out of the window, you will see the sea. But too bad, sorry, its all the bangala working on the construction site. haha

They have MacDonald's, SUBWAY (yells!)....

Speaking of Subway, the Q in NTU is crazy!!!! Absolutely crazy. You have to be prepared to Q for AT LEAST 25 mins to get your sub. Its really terrible. The Q is damn long.

Ironically, NTU-ers all time favourite--MacDonald's business is not as good as before. Maybe at any 1 time, there are only less than 10 people Q-ing at the 4 counters. The length of the Q at Subway really put MacDonald's to shame. ahaha.
**losing market share, do something!!!!** Maybe they need more customers like Limei (Fries Queen), Qing Ning (Cheeseburger Queen) and Wan Wei (Ice Cream Champion).

Excited or not, because I am. So many types of food to choose.
Mayb in future i will like school more.

Oooo, and they also have a cafe called Palatte, dont know if its nice, have yet to try. Dont know expensive or not hor.

AND..........

They have Sakae Sushi too. haven open yet. Cant wait!!!

I managed to steal a glance at the new canteen, oops, no, its called the new food court.
really machiam like the food court you see in Jurong Point, very well furnished. Not like the current lao kok kok canteen A. Wonder if they will make adjustments to the price of the food. hmmm~ we'll see.
