Another week..

Part I
Time files.. very very very fast indeed.
Its week 8, which means term break. Nothing fantastic..
I believe alot of my friends agree.
Term break = more assignments = more project deadlines = burn more midnight oil = darker eye rings = bigger eye bags!!!

Sometimes i think the profs in my sch is kind of self centred. They thought we only have a module to study for the entire semester. Gave us so much work and said " you all can use the 1 week break to think about this questions. see so much time..." *roll eye at him*

Anyways, Jin Cheng (JC) brought me to AMK to eat crab.
So excited can.. heard from my friends that its not bad, except ting liu.
Ting liu warned me before hand, saying that the queue is long even on weekdays. So i better get my ass there earlier else i might end up eating the chairs and tables first due to starvation.

We reached there at ard 6 plus on a thurs evening, there was already a short queue. We were considered lucky. Because ard 30 mins later, the queue became long, longer and longeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer. It went in circles. Scary lo..

We waited approximately 30 mins for the crab. WORTH THE WAIT!
Its delicious!!!!

The other day, we were bloody bored..

i saw a rainbow the other day.

Crab...

Post dated post...

Mr D brought me to Geylang- No Signboard to eat.
It was my first time "conquering" such a big crab, with so much roe ( dont know if its called roe for crab eggs).

Other than crab, we had other stuff. Like hokkien mee, oyster and bamboo clam.
It was superb! Succulent and fresh.. The thought of it makes me drool once again.

* I was so excited to eat the oyster that i had forgotten to take a pic of it before sinking my teeth into it. Half of it was gone.





Thought that we would stop here? Wrong! We went on to eat durain.
Both of us were quite full by then, but my craving for durain didnt give way.

We walked along Geyalng and stopped at one of the shops for a D24. hahah!
Quite pathetic of us to eat only 1 durain. Even the uncle asked us to get one more, but our stomach is on the verge of exploding, so we turned down his "kind" offer.

Everything was so nice. How I wish i can eat and eat and wont get fat.

Forensic Lecture

Forensic Science (FS) is a big hit in NTU. Almost all the students wanted to do FS.
Initally the lecture is supposed to be held in the Main LT, which can hold about 1000 students.
Now its held at Nayang Auditorim. Can u imagine the number of students taking it.
Having lectures in an auditorium have its disadvantage.
When the lecture gets too boring and the seat is too comfortable to resist, this is what happens:

Pleasant Surprise

I am supposed to start my tuition at 7.30pm.
And i am still on the bus, i am late!!

i quickly took out my hp and messaged my tuition kid's mother telling her that i will be late.

Time check: 7.40pm, i reached his void deck. I thought to myself, "shit, late late late, i dont wanna go home too late today."

The lift door opened and i rushed in, pressed the button and the lift crawled up.

I climbed one level up, feeling panicky that i am late and feeling worried that his neighbour's dog will squeeze out of its gate and bark at me again.

"Ding dong", the mum came to open to door. And my tuition kid (Howard) was hiding behind his mother, which was quite unusual, because usually he will just run into the room to get ready.

I quickly walked into the room, then Howard and his mum came in, Howard still hiding behind his mum. And i saw a stalk of rose on the table.

His mum : " This stalk of rose is from Howard, he is too shy to give it to you" (Howard now seated down was smiling shy-ly at me)

I was so touched when i saw it. I had completely forgotten that its Teachers' Day.
