*A Day At The Office*

Today we request to stayed in the office to "solve" our pending documents.
I managed to at least contact some of my customers and close the deal with them.

Finally get to see how tensed it is to work in the office.
With the sales manager monitoring your every movements, the AVP's high pitched laughter! OMG.. her laughter sucks! She sounds so much like a witch!

Saw how rush it is for claud to do our submissions for us.
Followed her up to the Credit Card processing unit this afternoon.
hmmm.. the environment was quite tensed, everybody doing their own stuff.
Its not as noisy as our call centre..
Feel quite uneasy up there..

Had lunch with my sales manager and other colleagues.
Its lunch and hello.. they are still talkng about work!! Plsssssssss...

Haiz.. i still think i m not suited for the office environment.. thank God that i choose the other route-- Sales. Tough but fulfilling!!

GRADUATION DAY

Well this is the long awaited day.
I am a proud graduate of Ngee Ann..

Everything happened so fast today. I woke up, prepare, took a cab there, attended the briefing, go up the stage, received my scroll board and tats it.

I dont feel anything at all. Mayb a little excited but not for long.
I dont noe wat has come over me. Suddenly i become so moody, its so not me to feel this way.
What is happening to me??

Suddenly i feel so disappointed in myself, for not being able to live up to my OWN expectations.
I dont noe whether am i asking too much from myself, being unrealistc?

I think i dont even know who am i. I have sudden mood swings recently.
I want to live in my own world.
Sometimes its just so tiring to "entertain" people.
To laugh at their jokes when i dont even think its funny,
To act concern when i dont even want to bother about them,
To chat with them when i dont feel like talking.

I become very depressed easily nowadays.

Is it because of work?
Is this a passing phase?

I WILL FEEL BETTER TOMORROW?
hope so.......

Joel's 20th Bday cum Class Gathering..

All of us met up yesterday. It was to celebrate Joel's bday.
He invited us over to his place for BBQ.
All of us thought that its the typical kind where we have to sweat and smell lke shit, those that we need to cook our own food and having a high risk of eating either uncooked food or burnt food.
But we were all wrong! Joel's dad bbq the food for us.
So nice of him.

The food was FABULOUS/FANTASTIC/DELICIOUS!! whatever the word that describes nice food!
There was pork chop, chicken sausage, sotong ball, pork ribs, garlic bread, lamb chop and chicken wing.
All the meat was nicely marinated. It was so tasty!!

After main course, we had this banana dessert which was prepared by Joel's auntie.. its ok, not that fantastic, but nevertheless it was good. and lastly we had fruits.
i think the girls finished all the fruits, the guys had none. hehehe

After dinner all of us moved into the air conditioned living room.
His house is so cosy. Air conditioned, carpeted floor, soft sofa (u literally sink into the sofa)..

We chatted and continue eating. hehehe.
Thanx to kenny he bought lots of tidbits.

Soooooo happy to be able to meet up with my classmates again. Almost all was present.
We are gonna see each other again pals! Grad ceremony.

Had steamboat at caren's place today. she stays at Hougang. so damn far.
was supposed to meet keegan n felicia at Serangoon station but felicia was late so keegan n i left without her.

we went NTUC to shop for our groceries. Our receipt was $126++.. ahahha.. hmm.. i think its abit exp. we bought food for 16 people.

Kay's dad came to pick us up. so nice of him. heheh!

The moment Caren open her door. i saw her dog. *freako* her dog was so active, i was so bloody damn scared. It's a Maltese, she doesnt bark nor bite but she LOVES to lick people's feet, something which i cant take it.

I was screaming away whenever she comes near me and they were laughing at me.
*so bad of them*.. hhahaha

we prepared the food. wa.. i am impressed. Felicia not only knows how to eat but she know how to prepare food too. she is so professional when it comes to food preparation, me and kay were like her assistants. ahahah

the food was great. tasty and its the 1st time tat almost 90% of the people in the ISA team came.
Felt a sense of great bonding! It feels good.

its juz another day.
had my roadshow at China Square Centre. sit there and "pa bang"(hit mos-qui-toes) .
there is onli the lunch crowd. so after lunch, we had nothing to do.

saw Wendy at Cold Storage.. nice to see her agian!
Told Ian tat she was my friend, so we decided to scare her. Ian kept pestering her to sign up for the HSBC credit cards. I think she was quite taken aback and said "i m not yet 21".. so funny.

went over to china square for lunch, saw Christopher Lee shooting his new drama at Ya Kun Kopitiam.
he's tall, and good looking. In fact much better in person.

After lunch, Ian and I happened to approach this customer. She is the HR manager at Great Eastern
She was actually quite impressed with our sales presentation coz we were very dramatic, we even gave a scenario to her to illustrate our point.. ahahha
and she asked if we are interested to join them as a Life Planner.
hmmm.. *bullshit* Life Planner is just a nice name. To put it bluntly, its insurance agent.
i dont think i would want to be one. heheh..

had dinner at Cafe Cartel with Ian, Gary and Cat.
the food was alright, not fantastic.

*National Day Parade*

The NDP was pretty OK. i mean OK.. was kinda boring.
i yawned a couple of times.

The most interesting part was of course the contingent marching in.
OMG they look so smart in their uniform *drool* ahahah..
and of course the FIREWORKS!!!
but the color wasnt as vibrant as before.

anyway, we heard the newer version of the song "HOME" sung by Lin Junjie. hmmm.. i still prefer the one by Kit Chan. sounds more pleasant..
